NEW Charlotte Tilbury Colour Magic Eyeshadows: Review

Charlotte Tilbury just released FOUR new eyeshadow palettes, and I’m going to tell you all about them below! For reference, my skin tone is medium-tan, with olive undertones. When you’re looking at the swatches, keep that in mind.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The new Charlotte Tilbury Colour Magic eyeshadows are part of a collection containing 4 different palettes. This also includes 4 matching eyeliners that are double-ended: Matte and Shimmer. The eye palettes names are below:
- Copper Charge – Perfect for those blue eyes!
- Mesmerizing Maroon – If you have green eyes, this will make your eyes pop!
- Super Blue – If you have brown eyes, this will make your eye colour appear lighter (slightly Amber)
- Green Lights – If you have hazel eyes, this will make your eye colour stand out!

THOUGHTS ON CHARLOTTE TILBURY COLOUR MAGIC EYESHADOWS

Quality and the colour payoff is very impressive. If you are used to the ABH (Anastasia Beverly Hills) palettes or the Huda Beauty ones, you will appreciate that Charlotte Tilbury palettes have little to no eyeshadow fallout. They look, feel, and truly are far more superior.

I love that the shades in all of the palettes are not too intense, and are very wearable. Too often, when brands come up with new eyeshadow palettes, many shades are either too bright, or simply not realistic to wear outside of the Instagram world.

Swatches for each of the four palettes are below.

Copper Charge These colours are very neutral, and will suit most skintones. This one’s a great starter palette.

Mesmerizing Maroon. This one reminds me of Pillow Talk– but it’s supercharged. I love that the pinks are slightly muted, so they are not in your face.

Super Blue This one’s my favorite. The colour pigment is amazing, and I love that there’s 2 gold shades to complete a full eye look.

Green Lights – My second favorite. The colours are so beautiful. I honestly didn’t think I would like them on my skin, but I love the warm olive tones.

Below are the matching eyeliner duos. I’m most excited to use the blue one! It’s absolutely stunning. I used to own a blue eyeliner back in the days, and it made my dark brown eyes POP. So glad to have this collection as part of my makeup kit.

If you own anything from Charlotte Tilbury, you know the quality is amazing (and the packaging is the most gorgeous!). If you don’t own something yet, I don’t know what you are waiting for! I have been in love with this brand for a few years now, and have not been disappointed by ANYTHING I have used. Sure, I have my favorites, and products I like more than others, but I definitely don’t dislike anything.
